To submit an item to Ever After please upload a photo below or via email info@ever-after.com.au. Upon receiving the Ever After team will be in touch to let you know which of your little wares we can accept and a price we would be happy to purchase from you for.
Please make sure the item you are listing is from a brand listed on Our Brands page.
We do not accept garments that have stains, damage, or appear dirty in any way.
Prices for sale will be based on quality, season and you may choose to use that as cash or credit into our store. This will be finalised once the item has been inspected in person to make sure it reflects the images submitted.
Once Ever After has confirmed which items we would like to accept, we will provide you with shipping details to send your gems in. This cost will be at your own expense. Please make a note of tracking details as Ever After bears no responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
If you are located within 10km of Melbourne CBD and a price has been agreed upon, Ever After is happy to do a personalised pick up of 15 items or more at no additional cost.
As much as we would love to take on as many little fashion as possible, we can only stock a certain amount on our site at a time. Therefore, Ever After is only able to review a maximum of 30 items per submission. Please select your best items, suitable for the current season.
From late February to mid-August, we accept autumn and winter fashion. And from late August to mid-January, we accept spring and summer items. We may occasionally be flexible with these dates are flexible to account for customer demand.
Any items we don’t sell or that are posted in for submission and unsuitable for sale, are donated to one of our charity partners – we change who this is every three months so we can share the love around. St Kilda Mums, Save The Children, Salvation Army, Baby Give Back.

Prices submitted to us for sale will be inspected based on quality, season and the Ever After team will choose a fair price which will be paid to you to use either as cash or credit for Ever After. The price will be finalised once the item has been inspected in person to make sure it reflects the images submitted.
Yes our sellers can decide if they want to earn credits to our store, or take cash for their items. If you do choose to take a credit, you will receive a 10% increase on the original price quoted.
Prices offered to buyers are final offer from the Ever After team, as it
has been carefully considered with our selling parameters listed above.
We endeavour to make our description and images as accurate as possible.
Bundles do not include props / accessories in photography.

We want you to be happy with your purchase and will provide a full refund if the product is deemed faulty. As this is second-hand clothing, this would require the item to not meet the detailed description outlined on the site.
In order to assess whether an item is deemed faulty and worthy of a return, Ever After may request that you photograph or return an item to us for inspection. Shipping for items returned will be at your own expense.
If your purchase is part of a bundle buy, the refunded item will be determined by the number of items purchased, not the standalone sale price.
If you believe your item is deemed faulty and would like to discuss a return request, please contact info@ever-after.com.au within 7 days of receiving your item.
If a product has become defective due to fair wear and tear, misuse, failure to take reasonable care or follow the manufacturer’s care advice, we will not provide a repair or refund.
Once you have purchased with Ever After your new items will be packed and processed with love within 1-2 business days and shipped out for their new adventures estimated between 3-7 days depending on your location in Australia via Australia Post or Sendle. You can select either regular shipping or express at checkout.
Due to the ongoing impacts of COVID, our delivery partner Australia Post and Sendle are currently experiencing delays, so please keep in mind may take a few extra days to get to you.
All parcels are sent with tracking details, and ‘authority to leave’ is
our postage default, which means that your order will be left at the address or a card to collect your order will be left if deemed necessary by the delivery agent. If there is nowhere safe or suitable for your order to be left, please provide the address of a parcel locker or an alternative address.
To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any
losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late or delayed delivery.
Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
Please note the delivery times provided at checkout are estimates only.
Please ensure the address provided at checkout is correct as this will be where your Ever After parcel will be delivered to, and any change following this will need to be at your own expense.
BNWT (Brand New With Tag)
Items with this designation are brand new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged; they must include the tag and may still have the item’s original retail packaging.
BNIP (Brand New in Package)
Items with this designation are brand new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged and
packaged in their original retail packaging.
NWOT (New Without Tag)
Like the previous description, these listings are brand new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged, but do not have the tag; this might have been misplaced or accidentally removed.
EUC (Excellent Used Condition)
These items have little to no fading due to wash or wear.
VGUC (Very Good Used Condition)
A listing with this tag might have some fading from washing or wear; it will not have stains or holes.
GUC (Good Used Condition)
A piece of clothing might have more fading or other signs of being used (and well-loved). You might also see some small stains, but otherwise everything is in great shape.
PLAY
Garment has obviously been washed and worn quite a lot, there may be some marks or stains, pilling or fabric may be stretched.
We accept Paypal and Shopify for our purchases. All goods must be paid for in full at the time of purchase.

If an order has already been fulfilled, we may not be able to cancel it.
